CSA Announces New Representative to the Global Student Forum

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Anika Joshi as the Commonwealth Students’ Association Representative on the Global Student Forum Steering Committee.

Anika’s appointment follows a highly competitive selection process, with an exceptional number of applications received, reflecting the calibre of leadership required for this role.

A student leader from India, Anika is currently studying at King’s College London and brings extensive experience in policy advocacy, youth governance, and international coordination. Her journey in youth advocacy began as a State Convenor with Studomatrix in India, where she contributed to grassroots youth engagement initiatives.

She currently serves as Chief of Staff at the Indian Youth Diplomacy Forum (IYDF), where she has led international programmes, managed a global team of over 300 young people, and coordinated initiatives aimed at strengthening youth participation in global affairs.

At King’s College London, Anika also serves as President of the Indian National Students’ Association, further demonstrating her commitment to inclusive leadership and student representation.

Her strengths include leadership, policy drafting, stakeholder engagement, team management, and building participatory platforms for young people.
